ABOUT ME
I am Yasemin and  I recently completed an MSc in Creative Computing at the University of the Arts London.

I’m a computational arts practitioner. I like to explore our complicated relationship with technology, take inspiration from history, ancient artefacts and cultures. I primarily use creative coding, digital fabrication, game engines, and microcontrollers in my projects.

I have also previously worked in exhibition planning as an Assistant Creative Director. More information can be found on our exhibition website

2 ANTUHSA

Antuhsa means ‘human being’ in Hittite. Inspired by the visual aspect of the cuneiform script, I wanted to create a work emphasizing human connection through language. We do not think twice about language in our daily lives but it is unique to us and connects us to each other as well as to our origins. I wanted the installation to designate the complicated structures of language and how deeply it is interwoven into our cultures and identities.
